Pre-Employment Physicals

This is a medical exam for new hires to make sure they are capable of physically doing a job. A pre-employment physical is common for many companies.

 

You may expect the physical include:
● Personal medical history review, family medical history, lifestyle and/or other general health questions.
● Have your weight, height, temperature and other vital information taken.
● Be given a physical examination.
● Have your vision and hearing checked.

HPE - Human Performance Evaluation

Steel Industry

A human performance evaluation replicates the physical demands associated with the particular job.

 

It evaluates essential physical requirements customized to the specific responsibilities of the job.

 

It screens for skills that are needed on a regular basis. The intention is to protect you from potentially getting injured on the job.

Sports Physicals

Physical examination for school age athletes 18 years of age and under.

 

Please bring parent/guardian.

Basic Med Physicals

This physical is for private pilots. Basic med physical requirements are as follows:

  • You must have had a 1st, 2nd, or a 3rd class medical certificate that was valid after July 15th of 2006.

  • You must have a current, valid U.S. driver’s license.

  • You must have a comprehensive medical exam and have a BasicMed checklist completed by licensed physician every 48 months.

  • You must take an FAA approved basic med course and receive certificate of completion

Using basic med you may pilot an aircraft of up to 6,000 pounds MGTOW, with no more than 6 persons (pilot, + 5 passengers), and are not permitted to fly for hire or compensation, above 18,000 MSL or at speeds exceeding 250kts, and may only operate in the United States.
